Arabic Female Teacher- (PYP)

ALS is looking for a committed Teacher to become part of our talented team of educators. In this position, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a thorough educational teaching plan that aligns with the school's standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver lessons efficiently, using visual and auditory tools to enhance learning in compliance with IBO standards.
• Provide individualized instruction to each student, creating an engaging learning environment.
• Develop and distribute educational resources, including notes, summaries, and assignments.
• Track and record students’ progress, offering grades and constructive feedback.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and stakeholders, engaging in regular meetings.
• Contribute positively to the school’s culture and represent the institution favorably in the community.
• Plan and execute educational activities and events both inside and outside the classroom.
• Observe and understand students’ behavior and emotional well-being, reporting any concerns related to neglect or abuse.
• Advance your professional development by participating in seminars and conferences.
• Take part in school-wide professional development opportunities.
• Embrace constructive criticism and respond positively to feedback.
• Consistently uphold and apply school policies and procedures.
• Take necessary measures to ensure student safety at all times.
• Be prepared to work beyond school hours as needed to support student learning.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Maintain an open and honest relationship with the principal.
• Demonstrate patience when working with students of varying abilities and backgrounds.
