We are on the lookout for a passionate and effective Primary Teacher to join our team starting August 2026. This is a fantastic chance to be part of our Primary School, where you'll deliver exceptional teaching and motivate students throughout their primary education. The selected candidate will be tasked with providing engaging and well-organized lessons across the primary curriculum, nurturing a passion for learning and supporting students' academic, social, and emotional growth.

You will cultivate an engaging and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes curiosity, critical thinking, and independence. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



Plan and execute high-quality, captivating lessons that align with the primary curriculum, ensuring students' learning progression.


Establish a welcoming, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that fosters students’ academic, social, and emotional growth.


Evaluate, track, and document student progress, utilizing data to guide planning and tailored instruction.


Encourage the development of critical thinking, independence, and a passion for learning in all students.


Effectively communicate with parents and guardians regarding student progress and wellbeing.


Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to curriculum development and whole-school initiatives.


Enhance the pastoral life of the school by promoting student wellbeing and positive behavior.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:


A recognized teaching qualification along with experience in Primary School education.


Strong subject expertise and the ability to deliver engaging, well-organized lessons.


A high level of proficiency in English, coupled with outstanding communication skills.


A dedication to student wellbeing and inclusive teaching methodologies.


A collaborative and proactive mindset, with a willingness to engage in the wider life of the school.

Compensation

£30,000 - £45,000+ (Regional Equivalent)
