About This Role

The British School of Barcelona (BSB) stands as a prominent international institution and is a proud member of HMC. A recent BSO inspection rated the school as outstanding across all areas, including educational quality, safeguarding, student welfare, and academic achievements.

BSB caters to students aged 3 to 18 and is recognized for its large and diverse community. Our curriculum is derived from the English National Curriculum, providing a broad array of GCSEs, A levels, and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme, complemented by a robust enrichment program.

With over 2000 students representing more than 74 nationalities, BSB employs a dedicated team of over 315 staff members. Our campuses are located in three areas, including two just outside Barcelona—one in Castelldefels, which hosts Primary, Secondary, and Pre-University education, and another in the vibrant town of Sitges, which features an additional Primary campus. BSB City, situated in central Barcelona, includes a Foundation campus that opened in September 2021 and a newly established main campus that began operations in September 2023. We are also excited to announce the opening of a new, cutting-edge campus in Maresme, east of Barcelona, in September 2026.

Living in Barcelona offers a wonderful experience, seamlessly blending the allure of city life with proximity to beaches and mountains. The region boasts an exceptional quality of life with a mild climate and abundant sunshine throughout the year.

We are thrilled to announce an opportunity for a skilled Early Years Teacher to join our exceptional team.
