About This Role

Learning Support Coordinator (SENCO)

Rugby School, in collaboration with Khai Sang Corporation, is excited to announce an opening for a Learning Support Coordinator (SENCO) to become part of the founding team at a new school in Hanoi, set to launch in September 2026. This is a unique opportunity to shape a school that aims to redefine Pre-Prep education in Southeast Asia.

The Pre-Prep will be situated in a dedicated building, catering to day students from Early Years 1 (ages 3–4) through to Year 2 (ages 6–7). Students in Year 3 and above will transition to the Prep & Senior School, which is scheduled to open in September 2027, located just approximately 500 meters away.

Students will greatly benefit from the innovative design of the building and its interiors, which have been thoughtfully created to meet the learning needs of young children. The Global team from Rugby School has played a significant role in the architectural design, establishing a remarkable environment for educators and specialists to enhance the educational experiences of pupils.

This role presents an exciting chance to join the founding team of what is anticipated to be one of Vietnam’s premier educational institutions. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to support students with additional learning needs, fostering an inclusive atmosphere for all.

A highly attractive salary will be provided, along with flights and accommodation.
