About This Role
Arcadia Global School in Dubai is looking to hire a passionate and skilled Secondary Mathematics Teacher to join our team starting August 2026. The ideal candidate will collaborate with fellow experienced educators to advance the school's strategic goals and will be capable of teaching across all secondary Key Stages up to A Level.

Requirements:
• A fully qualified teacher with qualifications such as BEd, MEd, PGCE, QTS, or an equivalent credential.
• A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience within a reputable department.
• Proven ability to teach up to GCSE/IGCSE with a successful track record in student performance outcomes.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Confidence in delivering and enhancing the curriculum.
• A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting child welfare.
• Outstanding teaching skills with the capacity to deliver innovative lessons grounded in contemporary pedagogical approaches and forward-thinking initiatives.
• A collaborative professional who works effectively within their immediate team and the broader school community.

• Utilize various teaching methods to engage students, fulfilling curriculum demands while ensuring that all students' needs are met through scaffolding and clear objectives.
• Uphold discipline in line with school policies, promoting positive practices regarding punctuality, behavior, and work standards.
• Contribute to the creation and execution of the subject’s strategic action plan.
• Ensure effective communication and monitoring of students' academic progress with parents, adhering to school reporting procedures and addressing specific concerns as they arise.
• Adhere to the current policies and procedures of the school.
• Prepare and update subject materials, including schemes of work.
