About This Role

We are seeking an exceptional MFL Teacher (Spanish and French) to become part of our team at GEMS Wellington Academy, Al Khail starting August 2026.

Candidates will need to:

• Hold a B.Ed, PGCE, PGDE, or equivalent in Secondary education or a similar qualification

• Have experience teaching the British curriculum for GCSE and A-Level (KS3/4/5)

• Exhibit exceptional subject expertise

• Demonstrate experience working within a high-performing teaching team

• Have a proven history of delivering outstanding teaching and learning

• Possess at least 2 years of experience teaching the National Curriculum of England

Compensation

£30,000 - £45,000+ (Regional Equivalent)
