Requirements:

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Counselling, Psychology, or a related discipline.

Thorough understanding of child development, mental health strategies, and safeguarding protocols.

Experience working with students of varying ages and abilities.

•
A strong commitment to the principles of inclusion, diversity, and well-being.

Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.

Actively participate in developing the counseling components of the strategic action plan.

Oversee and coordinate all counseling activities to ensure the effective operation of the Department.

Provide both individual and group counseling to assist students in their emotional, social, and academic journeys.

Create and implement initiatives to foster positive mental health and overall well-being.

Identify and provide support to students facing personal, academic, or social difficulties.

Uphold confidentiality and adhere to ethical and professional counseling standards.
