The ideal candidate will be proficient in delivering well-structured lessons and providing effective, personalized feedback in alignment with key policies, including Teaching & Learning, feedback, and displays. Key responsibilities will include:

· Contributing positively to the school community while embodying our values of Safety, Respect, and Ambition.

· Planning for exemplary teaching and learning in accordance with the school’s Teaching and Learning Policy.

· Fostering a positive and creative environment conducive to outstanding educational practices.

· Collaborating with colleagues on lesson planning to ensure all students are supported in achieving good progress.

· Utilizing assessment and feedback effectively to promote individual student improvement and overall achievement.

· Implementing digital tools and technologies in lessons to enrich learning experiences and enhance progress.

· Keeping detailed records and assessments that inform future steps, which can be communicated with parents to support student achievement.

· Employing a restorative approach to behavior management in accordance with the school’s Behaviour Policy.

· Staying informed about contemporary practices through the school's CPD schedule, ISP Learning Hub, and personal professional development opportunities.

Applicants should be able to demonstrate in their application or during the interview:

• A minimum of 2 years of full-time teaching experience in the UK or at a British Curriculum school.

• Strong understanding of the National Curriculum for England and current assessment methodologies.

• Experience with data systems, student tracking, intervention, target setting, assessment, and reporting.

• A commitment to excellence in teaching and learning.

• Willingness to build strong partnerships with parents to support student success.

• Ability to collaborate on whole school initiatives and contribute to the school improvement process.
