Job Title
In this role, you will create a stimulating, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment where students can develop the essential knowledge, skills, and attitudes needed for both academic success and personal growth. Key Responsibilities
Curriculum & Learning
- Facilitate the application of the EYFS framework to meet the varied needs of all students.
- Evaluate planning, assessment, and learning settings to ensure they are engaging, inclusive, and appropriate for developmental stages.
Continuous Professional Development (CPD)
- Participate actively in staff meetings, CPD activities, school events, and extracurricular programs.
- Collaborate with year groups and subject teams to ensure curriculum alignment.
- Organize CPD sessions aimed at early childhood education.
- Assist in fostering a positive and inclusive school environment.
Partnership with Parents
- Engage parents as essential partners in their child's educational experience through effective communication, workshops, and consistent updates.
- Lead or take part in EYFS events, assemblies, and learning showcases.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in education.
- A Postgraduate Certificate in Education or Postgraduate Diploma in Education with QTS.
Experience
At least 2 years of teaching experience within the British Curriculum in a similar position.
