Teacher - EYFS

Job Title

In this role, you will create a stimulating, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment where students can develop the essential knowledge, skills, and attitudes needed for both academic success and personal growth. The teacher will work closely with the school community, embody the institution's values, and contribute significantly to its wider initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Curriculum & Learning

• Facilitate the application of the EYFS framework to meet the varied needs of all students.
• Evaluate planning, assessment, and learning settings to ensure they are engaging, inclusive, and appropriate for developmental stages.

Continuous Professional Development (CPD)

• Participate actively in staff meetings, CPD activities, school events, and extracurricular programs.
• Collaborate with year groups and subject teams to ensure curriculum alignment.
• Organize CPD sessions aimed at early childhood education.
• Assist in fostering a positive and inclusive school environment.

Partnership with Parents

• Engage parents as essential partners in their child's educational experience through effective communication, workshops, and consistent updates.
• Lead or take part in EYFS events, assemblies, and learning showcases.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in education.
• A Postgraduate Certificate in Education or Postgraduate Diploma in Education with QTS.

Experience

At least 2 years of teaching experience within the British Curriculum in a similar position.
