About This Role

Due to a rise in student enrollment, Al Rabeeh Academy is looking for an enthusiastic, adaptable, and dedicated Secondary Maths Teacher (suitable for ECT Teachers) to begin in January.

As a bilingual private school serving students from FS1 to Year 13, Al Rabeeh Academy delivers the English National Curriculum alongside Arabic. The successful applicant will be a strong communicator, adept at fostering open lines of communication with students, staff, and parents. Applicants are expected to lead by example and actively participate in the Academy’s extracurricular activities program.

Fluency in English, a relevant degree and teaching qualification, along with a minimum of two years’ experience teaching in schools that implement the National Curriculum of England, are required.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate:

- Strong subject knowledge of the National Curriculum
- Familiarity with current UK initiatives and developments in Mathematics
- Capability and willingness to teach across KS3 and KS4
- Experience in teaching ‘A’ levels
- Proficient classroom management skills and excellent subject expertise
- The ability to foster creative learning and focus on developing 21st-century learning environments and innovation skills
- Confidence in utilizing IT to enhance and expand students' learning experiences
- Experience in employing data from internal assessments, standardized tests, and external assessments to monitor student progress
- Essential experience in teaching EAL students
