About This Role

Aldenham Prep Riyadh, part of the Aldenham Education Group closely linked with Aldenham School in the UK, established in 1597, welcomed its first students in September 2022. In light of ongoing growth, we are excited to present a remarkable opportunity for a **Primary Class Teacher** to join our dedicated and talented team as soon as possible.

As a Class Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering the core curriculum to your class while collaborating closely with colleagues to ensure a unified approach to teaching and learning across the Year Group. This collaboration guarantees equal opportunities for all students, with teachers supported by a robust team.

Specialist educators will teach Arabic, Islamic studies, Music, and PE, enriching the curriculum. Each class will also benefit from the assistance of a dedicated Teaching Assistant.

You will be expected to:

Person Specification:

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

- A relevant Bachelor's Degree, preferably from a UK university.
- UK Postgraduate Certificate of Education or Qualified Teacher Status.
- At least two years of relevant teaching experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the National Curriculum of England.
- A solid academic background and experience that will earn the respect of students, parents, colleagues, and the wider community.
- A commitment to academic progress and the welfare and safeguarding of students.
- Knowledge of recent educational developments and best practices.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

- Familiarity with the expectations of a UK independent school environment.
- Experience working with children who have English as an Additional Language.
