Capital School Bahrain is seeking a caring, committed, and passionate Key Stage 1 Teacher to join our growing Primary team.
This role offers a wonderful opportunity for a skilled educator who has a deep understanding of the English National Curriculum to create a significant impact within a supportive, child-centered educational environment that prioritizes high standards, wellbeing, and the development of positive relationships.
Key Responsibilities include:
• Providing outstanding teaching and learning experiences throughout Key Stage 1
• Creating engaging, well-organized lessons aligned with the English National Curriculum
• Supporting students’ academic progress, personal development, and overall wellbeing
• Effectively using assessments to inform instruction and aid developmental growth
• Fostering a positive, inclusive, and well-structured classroom atmosphere
• Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community
The ideal candidate will possess:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching Key Stage 1
• In-depth knowledge of the English National Curriculum and its expectations for this age group
• A nurturing, student-focused approach with high aspirations for learning and behavior
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A commitment to inclusive practices and safeguarding
