The People and Culture Manager holds full ownership of the HR service for their cluster of schools, covering everything from strategy, employee relations and recruitment through to pay, benefits and compliance. This is the go-to person schools rely on for all things HR, not just an advisory role.

We are a friendly, dynamic and innovative Trust, proud of our commitment to student progress through high-quality teaching and learning for all. We are looking for someone who shares these values and wants to play an active part in our continued success.

We reserve the right to close this vacancy early should a suitable candidate apply.

Aletheia Academies Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
