Al Basma is a well-established and highly sought-after ENC School, renowned for its academic excellence. We are looking for a Primary teacher to become part of our successful Primary team for the upcoming academic year.
Our school, which accommodates 1950 students from FS1 to Year 13, features a seven-form entry system. In September 2020, we opened a modern Primary block specifically for Year 3 to Year 6. We are experiencing growth of approximately 200 students annually and anticipate reaching our capacity of 2400 within three years.
As a BSO school (EduBase No.143834), we provide a UK-recognized induction for candidates holding QTS, utilizing the Early Career Framework in collaboration with ESP Education.

We adhere to the 2014 National Curriculum of England and utilize the 2020 Development Matters Framework for EYFS. For students in Year 4 to Year 10, we employ GL CAT4 and GL Progress tests. Additionally, we offer a variety of GCSE, iGCSE, iAS, and iA Levels from Cambridge, Edexcel, and Pearson exam boards for our senior students. Recently, we have started introducing BTEC qualifications to enhance personalized learning pathways.
The school achieved BSO (British Schools Overseas) accreditation in May 2016 during its second operational year and has consistently improved, receiving a good rating with an increasing number of outstanding features in May 2022. Since January 2017, we have consistently earned Band A ratings in the ADEK Irtiq'aa inspections. Most recently, in February 2022, we secured our Very Good ADEK grade with numerous outstanding features recognized.

• An internationally recognized Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant aspect of Primary Education with QTS or equivalent.
