About This Role
This is a thrilling and fulfilling opportunity for outstanding, flexible, and adaptable educators experienced in teaching the Early Years Foundation Stage to take a significant part in the growth of Durham School Dubai.
Durham School Dubai is dedicated to delivering excellence; our FS1 and FS2 class sizes are intentionally kept small, with a maximum of 20 students, and each class is supported by teaching assistants. The school is expanding to a three-form entry system, but this growth is being approached thoughtfully; we will introduce just one new year group each year, with our inaugural Year 11 cohort starting in August.
The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and dynamic practitioner well-versed in the EYFS and familiar with the standards of high-quality education found in UK independent schools. All applicants must demonstrate a strong commitment to the school's community and its extracurricular program. Candidates should be fully qualified teachers holding an education degree or PGCE, along with practical experience teaching the EYFS in a UK-based school.
