Exam Invigilator
About This Role
We are looking for reliable, flexible, and organised individuals to join our Invigilation team. As an invigilator, you will play an important role in ensuring examinations run smoothly and in accordance with examination regulations, helping to create a calm and positive environment for students. A comprehensive induction programme will be provided before you commence in the role.
The successful candidate will:
- Be caring and supportive
- Have the ability to empathise with students
- Be able to use a range of strategies to deal with students under pressure and also individual behavioural needs
- Have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively and collaboratively with colleagues
- Have the ability to be a team player who will go the extra mile to support students and who will enjoy the challenges of this role
