Caretaker

The Caretaker plays a vital role in ensuring that the school remains a safe, secure, clean and well-maintained environment for pupils, staff and visitors. Reporting to the Trust Business Manager, the post holder will be responsible for site security, health and safety compliance, planned preventative maintenance, first-line repairs, grounds upkeep and the monitoring of contractors and cleaning services. Working collaboratively with school leaders and the wider, the Caretaker will take a proactive approach to maintaining the school's buildings and grounds, helping to create an attractive and effective learning environment while ensuring the efficient operation of the site and its facilities.
