Associate Deputy Headteacher – Inclusion
About This Role
We are seeking an outstanding and ambitious leader to join our Senior Leadership Team as Associate Deputy Headteacher – Inclusion. This strategic role will lead the development and implementation of the school's inclusion strategy, ensuring that all students, particularly those who are disadvantaged, vulnerable, have SEND or face barriers to learning, are fully supported to achieve, progress and flourish. Working closely with senior leaders, staff, families and external agencies, the successful candidate will champion high-quality inclusive practice and drive improvements in attendance, engagement, achievement and wellbeing across the school.
