About the Role:

Wrotham School is excited to announce an opening for a remarkable Assistant Headteacher responsible for Achievement & Inclusion, starting in September 2026. This role entails providing strategic leadership to enhance whole-school achievement and inclusion, with a focus on ensuring that all students, especially those from vulnerable groups, make significant progress and reach high standards.

The successful applicant will be part of the Senior Leadership Team and will oversee the tracking, monitoring, and detailed analysis of attainment and progress for Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.

The ideal candidate will possess a fervor for education, demonstrate established leadership experience within a secondary school environment, and have a deep understanding of data, assessment, and school performance metrics, including Progress 8. A proven history of success in these areas is essential.
