โ Evaluate, monitor, and assist with student progress
โ Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom atmosphere
โ Collaborate with colleagues, teaching assistants, and parents
โ Participate in the wider school community, contributing to events and activities
Person Specification
โ A degree in Primary Education or a related field
โ PGCE, QTS, or an equivalent teaching qualification
โ Experience in teaching within the primary phase (preferably Key Stage 1)
โ Familiarity with, or experience in teaching, the Cambridge Primary Curriculum is advantageous
โ Strong organizational and classroom management skills
โ A nurturing, child-centered teaching approach
โ Dedication to maintaining high standards in teaching and learning
