Professional Requirements & Attributes
· Full UK teaching certification (or an equivalent professional qualification from your home country). Specific coaching or swimming instruction qualifications would be a clear advantage.
· Experience in managing a team of PE staff or leading a department would be beneficial.
· A flexible approach to curriculum development and strong Assessment for Learning (AfL) skills.
· Complete adherence to Safer Recruitment practices and a profound commitment to the welfare of children.
