IB PYP Primary Teacher (G1-3)

I-Shou International School, situated in Taiwan, is an engaging educational community dedicated to delivering a top-notch international education. We are on the lookout for a committed and enthusiastic IB PYP Primary Homeroom Teacher (G1-3) to enhance our primary/elementary school team, starting in August 2026. This role presents a fantastic opportunity to motivate young minds and support their academic and personal development in a global learning context. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in a dual language immersion program.

Candidates interested in this position must hold a passport from a country where English is recognized as an official language and possess a current and valid teaching registration/license that permits them to teach in public schools in their home country or elsewhere.

Skills and Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related discipline is essential.
- At least 1 year of teaching experience is required, ideally with knowledge of the IB PYP curriculum or similar inquiry-based educational models.
- A solid understanding of child development principles relevant to primary-aged students.
- Capability to create engaging lesson plans and assessments that encourage critical thinking, creativity, and teamwork among students.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, colleagues, and administration.
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus but not essential.
- Experience in a dual language immersion program is advantageous but not compulsory.
