About This Role

Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Teaching Experience: A minimum of 2 years in an educational setting.
- Preferred Major: Related field.
Required Certifications:
- A valid Teaching Credential/License.
- Additional relevant certifications are advantageous.
Job Benefits:
- Attractive Salary: Ranging from $1,000 to $1,500, plus $50 for each student enrolled, and bonuses of up to $300 (the final salary will be determined based on the interview and experience).
Teacher Responsibilities:
- Create captivating lesson plans and instructional materials that cater to the varied needs of all students.
- Deliver personalized and small group instruction to help every student reach their academic objectives.
- Assess students' academic and social development, keeping meticulous records and preparing progress reports.
- Maintain clear communication with parents to update them on their child's progress.
- Work collaboratively with school administrators and colleagues to cultivate a nurturing learning environment.
- Engage in curriculum development and participate in professional development sessions to remain current with educational best practices.
- Assist in planning and coordinating school activities and events, both on and off-campus.
