The Role
We are in pursuit of an inspiring Early Years Teacher who is enthusiastic about supporting young children through engaging, developmentally suitable, play-based learning activities. The perfect candidate will have a solid understanding of early childhood development, design joyful and purposeful learning environments, and cultivate meaningful connections with children and their families.

Candidate Requirements
•
Bachelor’s Degree in Education or Early Childhood Education
•
Early Years/ECE teaching qualification recognized by Qatar MoEHE
•
At least 3 years of experience teaching in an Early Years environment
•
Strong understanding of play-based and inquiry-led pedagogy
•
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
•
Dedication to safeguarding, inclusion, and international-mindedness
