About This Role

Campus Overview:
- Location: Ningbo, a lively and contemporary city in Zhejiang Province, celebrated for its rich cultural background and stunning landscapes.
- Curriculum: We follow the US Common Core Curriculum and offer AP courses designed to prepare students for higher education abroad.
- Students: Approximately 900 students in grades 9 through 12, all focused on pursuing international educational opportunities.
- Faculty: Our team is made up of 40 committed teachers who work together to create a nurturing and enriching learning environment.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: Working hours are from 7:15 AM to 3:30 PM.
- Early dismissal on Fridays at 2:45 PM.
Qualifications:
- Required Education: A Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Teaching Experience: At least 2 years of teaching experience is essential.
- Preferred Major: A relevant field is preferred.
- Required Credentials:
- A valid Teaching Credential/License is preferred.
- Additional relevant certifications are advantageous.

Teacher Duties:
- Create engaging lesson plans and instructional materials tailored to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Provide individualized instruction and small group teaching to help all students reach their academic objectives.
- Assess students’ academic and social development, keeping thorough records and preparing progress reports.
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child’s progress.
- Collaborate with school administrators and colleagues to cultivate a supportive learning environment.
- Engage in curriculum development and professional development sessions to stay updated with educational best practices.
- Assist in the organization and coordination of school activities and events, both on and off campus.
