GEMS Al Barsha National School is seeking a dedicated and passionate Physics Teacher to join our dynamic team in August 2026. As a Physics Teacher at GEMS Al Barsha National School, you will design and deliver engaging and thought-provoking lessons that instill a deep appreciation for the English language and literature. Your role will involve helping students refine their reading, writing, and analytical skills, ensuring that each learner achieves their academic potential. Moreover, you will actively participate in the wider school community by engaging in co-curricular activities, school events, and the continuous improvement of the curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, prepare, and deliver high-quality Physics lessons that inspire and motivate students of varying abilities.
• Foster a love for reading, writing, and communication through engaging and meaningful learning experiences.
• Assess, document, and communicate student progress, using data to guide instructional planning and differentiation.
• Establish an inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners and promotes academic excellence.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create innovative teaching strategies and share best practices.
• Maintain effective communication with parents, providing regular updates on student progress and achievements.
• Participate in departmental meetings, professional development opportunities, and co-curricular activities.

Qualifications & Knowledge

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Physics or a closely related field, along with a recognized teaching qualification/license (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
• Proficiency with ICT and digital tools to enhance teaching and learning.

Experience
