An exceptional and inspiring Teacher of English as an Additional Language is sought to join us starting August 2026. The successful candidate must possess Qualified Teacher Status.

In Key Stage 3, students engage with a tailored version of the English National Curriculum, adapted to suit our international context, leading into IGCSE and A Level qualifications at Key Stages 4 and 5.
We are looking for a qualified and enthusiastic teacher of English language who has experience with the English National Curriculum. This is a newly created position, and the successful applicant will be responsible for developing our Intensive English Programme. This exceptional one-year program is designed for Key Stage 3 students whose English language skills are not yet sufficient to fully engage with the complete curriculum. The successful candidate will provide intensive English instruction while also integrating into the mainstream cohort to foster social and cultural connections within the school community.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of evidence-based teaching methods and how to implement them effectively in an international environment. Additionally, this role will involve teaching Key Stage 3 English within the mainstream curriculum. Therefore, familiarity with international teaching practices would be a significant advantage.
