Swimming Coach (Female - Whole-School)
Kings’ School Nad Al Sheba is seeking to recruit a Swimming Coach (Female - Whole-School) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering swimming lessons across the campus, serving students from Foundation Stage to Sixth Form.
As part of a dynamic and committed team, you will have a significant impact on providing an exceptional education to some of Dubai's most motivated students.
By following the National Curriculum, you will inspire and engage students each day, fostering their independence, motivation, and lifelong learning habits.
You will receive outstanding support to facilitate this educational journey, allowing you to fully embody our mission of 'the best by every child'.
Please note that this position may require evening or weekend work.
We are looking for an individual who:
Essential:
- Possesses strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for imparting knowledge to students
- Has a minimum of 2 years' experience in a relevant coaching capacity
- Can consistently deliver engaging lessons and has a track record of achieving excellent results
- Is a collaborative team player with exceptional communication skills
- Demonstrates a commitment to ongoing professional development relevant to this role
- Brings creative ideas to elevate the department's visibility within the school
- Is dedicated to supporting the extra-curricular program
- Is committed to the welfare and pastoral care of all students in their charge
- Exhibits an innovative, positive, and creative mindset
Desirable:
- Has experience working internationally or with students from various cultural backgrounds
