Successful candidates must possess:
- An educational degree, such as a Bachelor’s in Education or a related field.
- A recognized teaching qualification such as PGCE, QTS with an Induction Certificate, or an equivalent (the PGCE should be supported by a relevant subject Bachelor’s Degree).
- A minimum of two years of teaching experience (international experience is a plus but not mandatory).
- Exceptional subject knowledge with extensive experience teaching the British National Curriculum across all key stages.
- A genuine passion for creating a student-centered learning environment.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and a collaborative teaching approach.
- A proven history of delivering outstanding teaching and learning.
- A willingness to engage in extracurricular activities after school hours.
