**Qualified candidates should possess:**
- An educational degree, such as a Bachelor’s in Education or a related field.
- A recognized teaching qualification, such as a PGCE, QTS with an Induction Certificate, or an equivalent (the PGCE must be accompanied by a relevant Bachelor’s degree).
- At least two years of teaching experience (international experience is advantageous but not mandatory).
- Comprehensive subject knowledge, with significant experience teaching the British National Curriculum across all key stages.
- A strong passion for creating a student-centered learning environment.
- A commitment to professional development and a collaborative teaching approach.
- A proven history of delivering outstanding teaching and learning experiences.
- A willingness to engage actively in extracurricular activities outside of school hours.
