Secondary Physics Teacher

The British International School of Marbella is seeking an outstanding, highly qualified, and experienced physics teacher to join our innovative and dynamic institution. Applicants for this role should meet the following criteria:

• Have recent experience teaching physics at IGCSE and A level or equivalent, as well as KS 3 science, within the UK or an international context.
• Hold an Honours Degree in Physics or a closely related field.
• Possess UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent credential.
• Display a proven record of elevating achievement standards in science.
• Show dedication to curriculum development and innovation.
• Be an exceptional educator.
• Maintain strong organizational skills and create an engaging educational environment.
• Exhibit enthusiasm and a positive demeanor when supporting students.
• Be a reflective practitioner, consistently striving to enhance their teaching effectiveness.
• Consistently follow school policies.
• Have a genuine interest in the personal development of students.
• Possess experience as an effective form tutor (or in a comparable role).
• Be willing to participate in and contribute to the school’s extracurricular activities.
