JESS Dubai is a premier British International School located in the UAE, recognized as ‘Outstanding’ by the Dubai Schools Inspection Bureau (DSIB). It holds a global reputation and consistently ranks among the top 15 private schools in the Middle East and within the top 100 worldwide.

We take immense pride in the achievements of our students. JESS has reached the top 1% in global IB rankings, and each year, we celebrate students who attain the perfect IB Diploma score of 45/45, placing them in the elite top 0.02% globally. An impressive 85% of our BTEC students achieve the highest possible grades of D*D*D*, while our GCSE results are equally strong, with an average of 30% achieving grades of 9, 54% achieving grades of 8-9, 77% achieving grades of 7-9, and 92% achieving grades of 6-9. This esteemed reputation stems from the high standards we set for both our staff and students.

JESS aims to lead in academics, pastoral care, digital innovation, and co-curricular activities. Our educators go above and beyond to support our goal of empowering students to make a positive impact in the world. We foster a nurturing learning environment where students are motivated to demonstrate curiosity, excellence, commitment, respect, integrity, and care.

For a JESS educator, this ambition translates into high expectations for commitment to ongoing professional development and classroom standards; full involvement in a busy and demanding pastoral care system; the maintenance of exceptionally high levels of student progress and achievement; and active participation in our outstanding co-curricular program.

The benefits are significant: working with enthusiastic, respectful, and eager-to-learn students; opportunities to enhance professional credentials through extensive CPD; being part of a school at the forefront of technology and digital innovation; and joining a team that consistently achieves remarkable academic results with a diverse, non-selective student body.

At JESS, we cultivate a supportive learning atmosphere where students are always inspired to excel.
