Successful candidates must possess:

- A degree in education, such as a Bachelor’s in Education or a related field.
- A recognized teaching qualification, such as a PGCE, QTS with an Induction Certificate, or an equivalent (the PGCE should be paired with a relevant Bachelor’s Degree).
- At least two years of teaching experience (international experience is beneficial but not mandatory).
- Strong subject knowledge, along with extensive experience teaching the British National Curriculum across all key stages.
- A genuine enthusiasm for creating a student-centered learning environment.
- A dedication to professional development and a collaborative teaching style.
- A demonstrated history of delivering exceptional teaching and learning.
- A willingness to engage in extracurricular activities beyond school hours.
