**Successful candidates must possess:**
- A recognized teaching qualification, such as B.Ed, PGCE, or an equivalent (the PGCE should be accompanied by a relevant Bachelor’s Degree).
- Strong subject expertise, with significant experience teaching the British National Curriculum at Key Stages 3 and 4 (Key Stage 5 is preferred).
- Experience in teaching IGCSE and AS/A levels (International Baccalaureate experience is desirable).
- A demonstrated history of delivering outstanding teaching and learning experiences.
- A willingness to engage in extracurricular activities after school hours.
