Successful candidates will possess:
- An educational qualification, such as a Bachelor’s in Education or a related discipline.
- A recognized teaching credential, such as PGCE, QTS with an Induction Certificate, or equivalent (the PGCE must be paired with a relevant Bachelor’s Degree).
- A minimum of two years of teaching experience (international experience is advantageous but not mandatory).
- In-depth subject knowledge with considerable experience in delivering the British National Curriculum across all key stages.
- A passion for creating a student-centered learning environment.
- A dedication to ongoing professional development and a collaborative teaching approach.
- A proven ability to deliver exceptional teaching and learning experiences.
- A willingness to engage in extracurricular activities outside of regular school hours.
