Successful applicants must possess:
- An educational qualification, such as a Bachelor’s in Education or a related field.
- A recognized teaching qualification such as a PGCE, QTS with an Induction Certificate, or an equivalent (the PGCE must be paired with a relevant subject Bachelor’s Degree).
- At least two years of teaching experience (international experience is preferred but not mandatory).
- In-depth subject knowledge, with substantial experience teaching the British National Curriculum across all key stages.
- A genuine passion for creating a student-centered learning atmosphere.
- A commitment to professional development and a collaborative teaching philosophy.
- A documented history of delivering exceptional teaching and learning.
- A willingness to engage in extracurricular activities beyond school hours.
