The School Principal serves as the educational leader, responsible for motivating and empowering the school community to fulfill Vinschool's vision and mission. The Principal manages policies, facilities, regulations, and procedures, ensuring a safe learning environment where students receive a high-quality education that develops their skills, knowledge, and character, while nurturing self-awareness, proactivity, and adaptability in a rapidly changing world.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Promote and articulate the school's vision and mission.
  • Improve student educational outcomes.
  • Enhance the quality of teaching and learning.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with students, teachers, the community, and stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead the school community in crafting, articulating, and committing to a shared educational vision focused on achieving quality learning outcomes for every student.
  • Embrace stewardship as a practice grounded in values, ethics, and moral responsibility.
  • Incorporate socially equitable practices into daily school life.
  • Set high expectations for student and staff performance.
  • Engage in lifelong learning and continuous professional development.
  • Forge partnerships with parents and community organizations.
  • Stay updated on legislation and policies impacting education.
  • Effectively manage resources to meet objectives.

Qualifications:

Requirements and Experience:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in education or educational leadership; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Professional teaching qualification/license/certification as needed.
  • Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Principal in an international or bilingual school.
