About This Role
Vinschool is searching for an exceptional School Principal to lead one of its Primary Schools located in Hanoi, with the role commencing in July 2026. The ideal candidate will possess a forward-thinking approach and substantial experience within bilingual or international educational environments.

The School Principal serves as the educational leader, tasked with empowering the school community to fulfill Vinschool’s vision and mission. The Principal is responsible for overseeing policies, facilities, regulations, and procedures to ensure that students learn in a safe environment, receiving a high-quality education that develops their skills, knowledge, and character while promoting self-awareness, proactivity, and competence required to succeed in a rapidly changing world.

Qualifications:
Requirements and Experience:
•
Bachelor’s degree in education or educational leadership; a Master’s degree is preferred.
•
Professional teaching qualification/license/certification as applicable.
•
Previous experience in a leadership position, preferably as Principal in an international or bilingual school setting.
