Safeguarding & Child Protection Lead
Job description:
•
Lead and manage the execution of safeguarding and child protection measures across the school, acting as the primary expert in this discipline.
•
Foster a proactive safeguarding culture that encourages early risk identification and ensures consistent practices among staff.
•
Provide training, guidance, and support to the safeguarding team and the wider staff, equipping colleagues with the necessary knowledge and confidence.
•
Create and uphold safeguarding policies and procedures in line with international standards, ensuring their effective application.
•
Work collaboratively with students, families, external agencies, and internal teams to improve the welfare, wellbeing, and safety of every child.
The successful candidate will have:
•
A track record of outstanding teaching performance
•
The ability to teach across the Secondary age range
•
Strong subject knowledge
•
A dedication to exemplary teaching and learning
•
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience that aligns with the qualifications needed for this position
