The Role
This position is not suitable for beginning teachers, which includes those who are on a provisional teacher registration.
Cornerstone Christian School is seeking a passionate, skilled, and adaptable New Zealand Teaching Council registered teacher to join our team in a permanent part-time position (0.3 FTTE), working predominantly within the senior primary (Y5-6) team – 0.2FTTE classroom teacher and 0.1FTTE CRT release. Days to be negotiated.
This position will suit a teacher who enjoys working in a close-knit team, values strong relationships, and enjoys contributing to the school’s Special Character.

- has strong curriculum delivery skills and assessment knowledge

Terms and conditions, including base salary, for this position is set by the Area School Teachers' Collective Agreement – Education in New Zealand (ASTCA). Individuals’ actual base salary will be established by a salary assessment once a role is confirmed.
A willingness and ability to uphold the special character of the school, and a willingness and ability to take part in religious instruction appropriate to the special character of the school, shall be condition of appointment.
