Egypt British International School (EBIS) is seeking a committed and talented Primary Teacher to become part of our team for the 2026 academic year. This role aligns with our mission of Enriching – Exploring – Excelling and embodies our values of enrichment, empowerment, esteem, and excellence.

We are looking for an enthusiastic educator who is passionate about promoting students' academic, social, and emotional development in a nurturing, culturally responsive British-curriculum environment. Requirements:


A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field, accompanied by recognized Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent credential.


A minimum of 2 years of successful teaching experience, preferably in an international British-curriculum setting.


Comprehensive knowledge of the UK National Curriculum for Primary education.


Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver dynamic, differentiated lessons.


Skills in positive classroom management that foster respect and uphold high standards.


Experience in employing formative and summative assessments to support student advancement.


Strong collaborative and communication abilities.

Job Description:


Design and execute high-caliber lessons that are in line with the UK National Curriculum.


Create a safe, inclusive, and well-organized classroom atmosphere.


Evaluate, track, and document student progress, offering timely feedback and necessary interventions.


Maintain comprehensive records and reports in accordance with school policies and safeguarding regulations.


Communicate effectively with parents/guardians to enhance student academic success and wellbeing.


Work collaboratively with colleagues on curriculum development, moderation, and school-wide initiatives.


Support students' social-emotional growth while embodying the school’s core values.


Engage in weekly CPD sessions and seek continual professional growth.


Participate in enrichment and co-curricular activities.

Become a part of our team and contribute to inspiring confident, capable, and lifelong learners within a supportive and innovative educational environment.
