Ideal candidates will need to:
Hold a B.Ed. or a degree relevant to the subject, along with a PGCE/PGDE or equivalent
Demonstrate the ability to share exemplary practices and lead by example
Exhibit an interest in career development, leadership, and sustainability
Adopt a creative and enthusiastic outlook both inside and outside the classroom
Possess strong IT and interpersonal communication skills to effectively engage with students and parents.
