We are currently seeking a Prep SENCO/Head of Prep Learning Support to join our dedicated team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) within our Preparatory School.

Position: Prep SENCO / Head of Prep Learning Support
Type: Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Coordinator (SENDCo)

Role Overview:
As the Prep SENCO/Head of Prep Learning Support, you will be responsible for coordinating support for pupils with additional learning needs across the Preparatory School. You will work closely with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure that every child receives tailored support to help them thrive academically and personally.

Skills and Qualifications:
- A genuine interest in special educational needs and disabilities coordination within a school setting.
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with staff, parents, and external agencies.
- Organisational skills to manage records, assessments, and individual education plans (IEPs).
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also taking initiative independently.
- Willingness to undertake relevant training related to SEND coordination.
- Basic understanding or willingness to learn about different types of SEND provision is desirable but not essential.
