Successful candidates will need to

- Hold a BEd or Bachelor's degree with PGCE / PGDE or equivalent
- Have demonstrable experience in teaching Physics at KS4/KS5 or equivalent
- Be willing to collaborate and share their exceptional practices
- Embrace a growth mindset, characterized by reflection and solution-oriented thinking
- Approach teaching with creativity and enthusiasm
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills for close collaboration with colleagues, students, and parents
- Have a proven history of delivering outstanding learning and teaching
