Job Overview

Amity International School, Abu Dhabi is seeking an enthusiastic, committed, and highly qualified Teacher of PE to join our vibrant sports department. Our PE team is encouraged to participate in co-curricular sports, for which additional compensation will be provided in the timetable. While experience in coaching or managing football teams is advantageous, it is not a necessity. Furthermore, the ability to teach academic PE up to GCSE and A Level is preferred. There may be potential leadership opportunities for the ideal candidate.

Key Requirements

• Ability to teach academic PE (GCSE, A Level, or BTEC Sport)
• Experience in developing inclusive sports programs
• Familiarity with modern PE teaching methods and assessment frameworks
• Understanding of differentiated instructional strategies in physical education
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with coaches, parents, and students
• Experience working with students from diverse cultural backgrounds
• Ability to support the school's Elite Player Pathway (EPP) program
