The ideal candidate will have:
• A Bachelor of Education or a relevant degree with PGCE or PGDE (or an equivalent teaching certification)
• Proven experience teaching GCSE and A Level Mathematics
• A genuine interest in career advancement, leadership, and sustainability
• A creative and passionate approach to teaching and learning
• Strong IT and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with students and parents
