Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification of Educational Degree (BEd, MEd, PGCE/i) or equivalent
- At least 4 years of teaching experience in Key Stage 1 or equivalent primary level
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the UK National Curriculum for KS1
- Ability to plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons tailored to young learners’ needs
- Excellent classroom management skills with the ability to create a positive learning environment
- Effective communication skills with students, parents, and colleagues
- Proficiency in using educational technology as part of teaching practice
