About This Role

Arcadia Global School in Dubai is looking to hire a skilled **Key Stage 1 Teacher** to join our team in **January 2025**. The ideal candidate will be an integral part of our primary school, providing the necessary support to ensure students can fully benefit from their educational experience.

**Requirements:**
- A Bachelor’s degree in education or a BA with PGCE is essential.
- Qualified Teacher with a minimum of 2 years’ experience teaching the National Curriculum for England to KS1 & KS2 students.

- An exceptional educator capable of delivering engaging lessons based on contemporary pedagogical practices and innovative strategies.

- Contribute to the strategic objectives by implementing school-wide initiatives and providing high-quality evidence that supports school improvement efforts.
- Manage the effective and equitable use of resources to ensure that the curriculum and teaching provisions are maintained within the classroom and tailored to meet individual learner needs.
- Take a proactive approach in offering support and expertise in various curriculum areas.
- Show a strong understanding and application of assessment data in lesson planning and delivery.
- Adhere to school guidelines for curriculum delivery to ensure continuity, consistency, and outstanding outcomes for learners.
