Enishi International School, situated in Japan, is a vibrant and multicultural educational institution dedicated to promoting global citizenship and achieving academic excellence. We are in search of a dedicated Japanese Language and Literature Teacher to become part of our Languages Department. This role entails teaching the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP) curriculum at the High/Secondary School level.

Responsibilities:
- Provide engaging and effective instruction in Japanese Language and Literature in accordance with the IB MYP framework.
- Create lesson plans that foster critical thinking, creativity, and cultural appreciation.
- Regularly evaluate student progress and offer constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to improve curriculum implementation and school initiatives.
- Aid in the personal development of students alongside their academic growth.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Japanese Language, Literature, Education, or a related field (minimum requirement).
- A minimum of 1 year of teaching experience, ideally in an international or IB setting.
- In-depth understanding of the IB MYP curriculum standards for language acquisition.
- Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English.
- Ability to cultivate inclusive classroom environments that cater to diverse student needs.
