In the role of ICT Teacher, aligned with the Cambridge International curriculum, you will be responsible for delivering dynamic ICT lessons. By utilizing an active learning approach, you will engage students through effective teaching methods and interactive activities that foster individual learning.

Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Crafting lesson plans and developing resources to facilitate effective classroom instruction and engaging experiences.

• Adapting instruction to accommodate the diverse learning needs of students.

• Evaluating and documenting student achievements, monitoring their academic progress, and providing timely feedback and support.

• Overseeing student wellbeing to aid in their personal and social development.

• Working collaboratively with colleagues to enhance student outcomes and refine teaching practices.

• Communicating with parents regarding student progress and offering guidance.

• Contributing to the school community by initiating or participating in extracurricular activities.

• Attending faculty meetings, professional development workshops, admissions events, and fulfilling other job-related responsibilities.

• Undertaking additional tasks as assigned by the Head of the International Program.

Requirements:

1. Education:

• A Bachelor's degree in Education with a major in ICT/Computer Science or a related field.

• A Bachelor's degree plus a valid teaching qualification (PGCE).

• Cambridge certification is preferred.

2. Experience:

• At least three years of teaching experience in a comparable role within an international or bilingual school setting.

3. Skills & Knowledge:

• Proficient in English.

• Familiarity with ICT curriculum standards based on national or international frameworks such as Common Core State Standards (CCSS), International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme (IB MYP), Cambridge Curriculum, etc.

Compensation

The salary package consists of 70% base salary and 30% performance bonus, which is normally paid in full, unless there is a serious breach of company regulations or consistently poor performance. A housing allowance will be provided separately
